On behalf of the entire Committee and Coaching Team I would like to invite all HASC members to an open meeting to be held via Zoom at 7.30pm on Wednesday 3rd February 2021.

The purpose of this meeting as previously indicated will be to discuss in an open forum the future of your swim club, the current and projected financial situation, and the ongoing impact of the Coronavirus Pandemic on clubs locally and at a national level.

We hope to have a better understanding of the governments proposals following the First Minister’s update on 2nd February and may have been provided feedback from Scottish Swimming’s Board meeting to be held on 31st January.

This will be an opportunity for the committee to share views and highlight current issues with the membership and for members to ask questions, offer suggestions and assistance and hopefully gain a better understanding of our current position and the challenges we all face.

In line with Scottish Swimming Guidance anyone wishing to take part in the meeting should email the Club Secretary at swimhaddingtonsec@gmail.com providing full details of those attending. A Zoom link will then be provided with full instructions and details of how to access the meeting. This link should not be shared and only those who have registered will be permitted access. Registration will close at 6pm on 2nd February 2021.
