I now have official confirmation that we need to provide 3 officials per session for this gala (2 judges and 1 TK) Currently Haddington will be fined £50 because we don’t have the required number of officials for session 2 & 4. We are short 1 judge for session 2 and 2 judges for session 2.

We’ve got 19 swimmers with a total of 60 swims.
Out of our 19 swimmers, 13 have parents who are officials but only 4 of those parents are judges. 3 of them are doing double shifts already.
Four out of 9 parents who are Timekeepers have volunteered.

Session 1 is now full
Session 3 is now full
Session 2 needs a judge
Session 4 needs a judge
